FED UP!

I have now made a conscious decision to monitor what goes into my body, as well as what goes into my hair.

I will spend hours reading labels (for hair items). However, I will eat anything! Something about this picture is not right.

I am choosing to eat to live not LIVE TO EAT!

Each week, I will take a pic of what I look like, just so I can see the difference.

When looking over the web, I always see natural girls in their 20's. I chose this vide to represent the ladies in my age group, 35+. Enjoy

When looking on the web, I notice more natural in their teens and twenties. I wanted to do something to represent the ladies in my age group 35+. The last shot is of my mom a 60 year old natural.
